Angelo Romero – Virtuoso

In a career that has spanned almost 40 years since his debut concert at the Hollywood Bowl in 1964 this is one of the few recordings made of a live Angel Romero recital where his performance of driving intensity and flawless control wonderfully demonstrates why is rightly acclaimed as the virtuoso of the Spanish guitar and the leading performer of his generation. It was recorded live at the Civic Auditoreum, Pasendena, California, 1981.
